We understand that sometimes the wrong parts are ordered. Whilst we are happy for you to return products that we hold in stock, customised or made-to-order items such as keys or number plates cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault or if we have mis-informed you about the product.
For items that are held in stock, we will refund or replace an item that is deemed by us to have a manufacturing fault, or if we have mis-informed you about the product.
For non-faulty items, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. In this instance, the cost of returning the items is to be paid by the customer.
